Brantu is a service platform that connects Creators, Designers, and Manufacturers. As a Fashion Design Manager, alongside your team, you are responsible for onboarding and training 100's global designers while ensuring all issues in sampling and sourcing operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously onboard new freelance designers to our platform.
• Train and manage the team of internal and freelance teams.
• Set scalable design guidelines
• Set and manage targets for your team.
• Work closely with sourcing to onboard the suitable materials and material suppliers to the platform.
• Work closely with Quality Control to ensure resolution for any design issue.
• Work closely with other departments to unblock any obstacle to delivering designs on time.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in design and pattern making.
• Strong knowledge of CAD, including Gerber and Gemini.
• Leadership skills - preferably managing more than ten people.
• Strong communication skills, including English and Arabic, is a plus.
• Preferably worked globally.
