Position - Technical Architect
Role - Individual - Tech
Work Location - Gurgaon
Qualification - B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field)
Salary Package - Depends upon the skillset and interview

As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and implementing complex technical solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications, architecting systems, and ensuring that the technology infrastructure aligns with the company's strategic goals.

As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and implementing complex technical solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications, architecting systems, and ensuring that the technology infrastructure aligns with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibility
- Design and establish architectural guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Collaborate closely with the development teams to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
- Lead the conceptual and technical design of new features and enhancements.
- Play a pivotal role in selecting and integrating technology solutions into our environment.
- Proficient in Python, Django.
- Experience with ElasticSearch.
- In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to Android app development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Minimum of 4 years in a designated Technical Architect role.
- A total of 10-12 years in software development or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and guide them with best practices.
