Our platform, makes the underserved and unbanked segments viable, for providers of Consumer Durable Loans, Buy Now Pay Later, Micro-Loans, Nano-Loans, and other Unsecured Loans.

We are supporting millions of new-to-credit consumers across emerging markets to access formal credit and begin their journey toward financial health. We have clients across India, South Asia, South East Asia, Africa, and LATAM.

We are headquartered in Dubai and we have offices in Gurugram, India, and Singapore; with our Development Center based out of Gurugram, India.

ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and the ability to transform business queries into consumable and actionable reports for various stakeholders, including CXO-level executives. This role demands a proactive approach, keen analytical skills, and the capacity to forecast trends effectively

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

v Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insightful and actionable daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

v Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

v Collaborate with business units to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored reports.

2. Business Intelligence:

v Utilize BI tools to create consumable reports and dashboards for different stakeholders.

v Communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner understandable by non-technical stakeholders, including CXO-level executives.

3. Trend Forecasting and Predictive Analysis:

v Apply statistical techniques to forecast future trends and provide insights for business planning.

v Identify patterns and correlations among various data points to predict outcomes and support strategic decisions.

4. Data Management:

v Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality checks and validation processes.

v Manage and optimize databases, data collection systems, and data analytics platforms.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

v Work closely with cross-functional teams to address business needs and improve data-driven decision-making.

v Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and compelling

manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

v Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

v 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

v Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

v Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.

v Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

v Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

v Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
