Our main business goal is exponential client growth, raising the next round of investments (Round A), expansion, and stable MRR growth. Therefore, we are currently opening a position for a Chief Revenue Officer who will help us enter new markets (Brazil and Uzbekistan) and strengthen our positions in existing ones.

Who We See in This Position:

- 4-5 years of experience as a Commercial Director, with experience in business development in SaaS companies (B2B segment). Understanding of the SaaS market and its trends;

- Fluent spoken and written English at B2 level or higher is mandatory;

- Experience in scaling businesses and entering new markets;

- Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue;

- Management of a sales team: scaling, creating efficient work processes, and motivational programs for the team;

- Analytics and numbers are your main tools;

- High-level negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients;

- You are a natural leader! You inspire, motivate, and can take responsibility for the team's results.

Your Tasks:

- Creation and implementation of MRR growth strategies, management, and expansion of the sales team;

- Development and implementation of new distribution channels;

- Entry into new markets and revenue growth from external markets;

- Analysis of market data and competitive environment;

- Setting and monitoring key performance indicators;

- Development and implementation of new products;

- Regular analysis of results and adjustment of strategies.
