The Role

  • Proactively engaging in outreach and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to identify and generate new leads in the market.
  • Handling inbound sales inquiries efficiently, qualifying and nurturing incoming leads from various channels, ensuring they are effectively guided through the sales funnel.
  • Conducting sales calls and managing email correspondence to initiate and nurture relationships with potential clients, driving them through the sales funnel.
  • Effectively demonstrating Finmap's product through personalized presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions.
  • Conducting in-depth customer development calls to understand client needs, pain points, and feedback, ensuring that Finmap’s offerings align with market demands.
  • Providing valuable feedback to the marketing team, sharing insights gained from client interactions to refine messaging, campaigns, and overall strategy.
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage your sales pipeline, track interactions with leads, and ensure timely follow-ups, maintaining an organized and efficient sales process.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs through a combination of strategic outreach, effective sales techniques, and consistent follow-up with leads.
  • Identifying and developing new market opportunities, with the potential to take on greater responsibility, including the opportunity to grow into a Country Manager role as you demonstrate leadership and achieve key milestones.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, with a strong emphasis on outreach and outbound sales, ideally within the FinTech and Software / SaaS industry.
  • You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach, cold calling, inbound sales channels, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients and build strong relationships.
  • You have experience in conducting customer development calls, gathering valuable insights from prospects to better align product offerings with market needs.
  • You are skilled in providing actionable feedback to the marketing team, ensuring that client interactions inform and enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • You have a working knowledge of Proficiency in Portuguese (C1 level) and experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or financial products, with the ability to work independently in the Brazilian time zone.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder, capable of establishing and maintaining connections with key decision-makers.
  • You are a highly goal-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are ambitious and looking for growth opportunities, with the potential to develop into a Country Manager role as you demonstrate success in your sales activities and leadership capabilities.
