Key Roles & Responsibilities:
•Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
• Analyze the content and ideas appropriate visual representation.
• Visualizing & designing screens based on the approved look & feel and Design guidelines standards.
• Creating design guidelines and ensuring those are being followed diligently.
• Creating graphic assets as required.
• Understand the requirements, visualize the overall eLearning design and ensure visual continuity by adhering to the branding guidelines.
• Know the latest e-learning trends in the market and should be able to suggest creative upgrades accordingly.
• Design printable items such as brochures, big banners, X-banners, Leaflet etc.
• Contribute to the ideation process of special campaign themes and the creative designs variations.
• Ability to work under pressure. Delivering visualization works and outstanding creative designs aesthetically under tight deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
• At Least 3-5 years of proven working experience in an agency or relevant positions.
• Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AI etc.).
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

• Job type: Full-time, 5 Days a Week, 10 AM to 7 PM (Sunday - Thursday)
• Location: Banani, Dhaka
