Your role includes, but is not limited to:

● Developing detailed live class plans for SSC and HSC.
● Prepare engaging, creative, and easily understandable resources (PPTs, Scripts) for the teachers and also assist them during class.
● Capable of taking classes and making video contents for students.
● Quality assurance of all PPTs, Scripts, and Videos upon getting feedback from Teachers and the Subject Program Manager (SPM).
● Selecting and designing questions for the MCQ and CQ exams.
● Revising and developing smart notes for animated lessons.
● Writing hand notes for Facebook groups/pages (in collaboration with the Marketing team).
● Designing educational content for social media engagement on Facebook groups/pages (in collaboration with the Marketing Team).
● Designing OVC scripts (in liaison with the Marketing Team).
● Community building through commenting, posting, reacting in facebook groups for better engagement with the students.
● Updating and maintaining trackers daily to keep track of the production process.
● Providing support to the team members in aligning them to organizational vision and purpose by developing team culture and value-driven work ethics.
● Helping the Subject Program Manager (SPM) in planning and executing the whole academic course.
● Maintaining liaison with all relevant teams.

Qualifications and Skills:
▪ Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in English or similar field from a reputed public or private university.
▪ Deep understanding of national curriculum of English.
▪ Teaching and training experience in similar subjects.
▪ Any other relevant job experience that is relevant to this JD.
▪ Strong grasp of the principles of education and the importance of the quality of its delivery.
▪ Good oral and written communication skills.
▪ Computer literacy and you are good at MS Office and G-Suite applications.
