The Role:

Shikho is looking for Subject Content Executive for the Knowledge Department. This role will be focused on leading the creation of high-quality MCQ and CQ questions that are aligned with the standard of previous year examination questions. He/She will collaborate closely with subject experts, manage a team of content writers, and analyze question trends to ensure our students are well-prepared for their exams.

Your role includes, but is not limited to:

● Development of a standardized question bank consisting of MCQ and CQ questions that mirror the complexity and quality of previous year examination questions.

● Liaise with the existing subject teams to gather insights and inputs for the creation of relevant and challenging questions.

● Incorporate subject teams' feedback and expertise to enhance the quality and diversity of the question bank.

● Develop engaging and informative content based on the problems of the students from SSC to HSC.

● Analyze past year examination question trends to identify patterns and potential question formats that may appear in future exams.

● Continuously improve the question bank by incorporating insights from question trend analysis.

● Evaluate the quality and relevance of the questions being prepared, ensuring they meet the highest academic standards.

● Implement a review process to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with educational objectives.

● Stay updated on the latest educational trends, assessment methods, and curriculum changes to keep the question bank relevant and effective.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of questions into the internal content management system.

Qualifications and Skills:
▪ Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree from a reputed public or private university.
▪ Deep understanding of national curriculum.
▪ Teaching and training experience in similar subjects.
▪ Any other relevant job experience that is relevant to this JD.
▪ Strong grasp of the principles of education and the importance of the quality of its delivery.
▪ Good oral and written communication skills.
▪ Computer literacy and you are good at MS Office and G-Suite applications.
