Fintech and telecommunications are some of the sectors that we are impacting through use of machine learning. Job Description: AION.TJ - We assist financial institutions in increasing their market share by enabling them to instantly provide loans to the population through their proprietary AI-based credit scoring platform. In this regard, we are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team in the field of the B2C lending marketplace. In this role, you will be a key figure in the design process from ideation to development, ensuring a smooth and visually appealing user experience for our AI-powered credit scoring and lending platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop user interfaces for our B2C lending product, ensuring a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing design.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to translate design concepts into functional interfaces.
• Conduct design reviews and implement quality control measures throughout the development process.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance the user experience.
• Create visually compelling presentation materials that effectively communicate our product's value proposition.
• Generate innovative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience and product functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Conduct user research to understand needs and preferences, incorporating findings into design decisions.
• Formulate and test hypotheses using analytics and UX tests to optimize user interactions.
• Analyze competitors and fintech products to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
